Deb, I run one over at SM...

Each person in the group starts a journal, and it has a theme, for example, the one I am running is "Lessons Learned".
My journal is "Lessons I've Learned from My Mother", another ladies journal is "Lessons I've Learned from Scrapbooking", another one is "Lessons I've Learned from Children"...
So you do your front cover, back cover, sign in page and your first LO, then it gets sent on to the next person and they do a page in your journal to match your title and it gets sent on to the next person.
At the end everyone gets their journal back with a page from each person in the group to match their title.
Usually they're not much bigger than 6 x 6 or an A5 visual diary, as it makes postage cheaper and minimises damage.

They make beautiful keepsakes!
So at the end of mine, I will get back one double LO from each lady about something their mother taught them!
