Handmade Embellie Swap?

How do you ladies feel about handmade embellishment swaps?
I've been part of a couple over at SM - there have been journalling tags, and at the moment, I've just been finishing off fruits and cupcakes and am about to start a collection of Inchie squares!... another popular one has been birds (but I didn't get in on that one quick enough!)
Also in the fruit swap, everyone chose a different fruit - so at the end we all get back an assortment of lemons, limes, strawberries, watermelons etc...
I made my embellies out of felt - but some people are making them from cardboard, sculpey clay, the possibilities are endless!

wow!! you are clever skye they are cute little cupcakes and fruit. How about a garden theme say handmade butterflies and flowers etc...

im in on the inchies swap on the SM forum, and i'm liking the idea of having different lil squares lovingly made by others (and hope they appreciate mine) so i may have a go at this, but im very limited with my creativity (damn uni causes me to think constantly bout medical-type stuff lol)

This one is actually my baby Debs, Not Shez - shes got the Cj going on!
I'm going to make it the garden theme - butterflies, birds, trees, flowers etc, whatever your heart desires!!!

oh one more thing, how many embellies do we make? sorry ive never done this before

Usually one for every person in the swap, including yourself - then send them all to me.

So if there are 5 people, you make 5, send all 5 to me, I will put together the little packs of one from each group, and send them back to you! You will receive one from each person!

Other people make 2 each - if there are only 5 people, it's a little easier, but I've been in swaps with 15 people and thats too many to make multiples.

It's really up to how much time you have on your hands/how easy/hard your embellishments are to make... it's all up to you!

Yep, I am difinately in Little Miss. Can we make anything our hearts desire lol!?
