Hi from Lisa!!!

Wow

Who would have guessed Deb - from little things BIG things grow!! Before Christmas DEb sent a few of us a kit to see what we could come up with and NOW look at us!!!! Well well - I am honoured to be part of the crafty chicks - I have such a ball and have met online and IN PERSON some very talented scrapbookers!. I dont get into SM scraproom as much now - I found it quite slow and I am actually quite busy...DT for www.uproar2scrapmore.com.au and LOVE it , running a class and doing some DT work for another small site called madaboutscrappin and I am also one of the dream team for 123 challenge ....Oh and I am married and have four kids and a full time studyng husband!!! MAn - and sometimes I get to sleep ? and cook...and do endless laundry !!
Currently working on a DT kit for MAd and organising a class in AUgust and also making a mini album for friends who have just had a long awaited first child!!

Enough about me - what about you?

A big big warm welcome chicky babe!!! WOW Lisa you sound so busy! Fantastic for you being on the design teams, I would love to do something like that one day! Must be challenging yet rewarding! Looking forward to hopefully catching up with you in August when Shaz here again! Happy scrapping!

Its ok Deb.. I am the same I need at least 10 arms sometimes maybe more but I only have 1 set.... so sad

I know, the creator og Humans didn't allow for mothers lol!- it is indeed sad lol!

LOL Lisa, looking forward to shopping with you and great that we can stop at Dalenas ... would love to see you after your couple of bourbons ... maybe one day we should organise a girlie night out! Wonder if Shaz and Rach are up for a girlie night out on the town!

The irony is- I used to go into the Scrappers warehouse when I lived in Melbourne - called a warehouse and it was a LITTLE shop - but loads of stuff ....but she has moved since I came up here . Good shop though!!

omg lisa, im second year too!!! and doing neuro as we speak! we have pbls tues n fri, and i am enjoying it more this year than last. may have something to do with the people in my group this year having a more group-like feel to it

wow....so griffith's program is obviously v similar to uq's then!

Sound very similar - he likes the PBL if the tutor is good ....but he does joke that it is the DO IT YOURSELF medicine course..he has a friend doing first year at sydney and he seems to get a lot more support and guidance...
SHane hangs withthe "old" students cos thats what he is...freaks us out that some of these people could be our kids - VERY WEIRD!
My kids love saying that Dad is at school ...people say " Oh medicne - h must be smart"...I tell them " hes 40 and still at school - how smart is that??
